Payment is to be by cheque or Bank Transfer. Full payment is to be received 4 weeks prior to arrival date, or immediately if booking within 4 weeks of arrival date.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:-
1) 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - no fee.
2) 4 - 8weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate.
3) Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100%
A repayable breakage deposit of £100 or 100 euro is payable on arrival. This is fully refundable if no damage occurs,
